I am an
approved FHA Compliance Fee Inspector for Central &
Eastern Kentucky as well as an approved Inspector
for the 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty Corporation. I
have over 30 years experience in residential
construction and I have been an Inspector for
several years. I am also qualified to inspect
manufactured and modular homes that have been
approved by FHA loans.

was designed to assist builders and lenders in the
inspection process as well as the areas of Kentucky
that I cover. I have posted all of the necessary
links to the different web sites for HUD & the HBW
Corporation for your convenience in the "Helpful
Links" menu on the left.
I have also
included a map of Kentucky listing all of the
Counties as well as a price guide for the fees of these Counties for your
